Before you make a final decision – we’d be super grateful if you could spare a minute to let us know why you’re leaving and/or if there’s anything which we could improve on that may encourage you to stay on?

We would be more than happy to offer additional support if you’d like it so that we can help you learn how to get the most out of your membership, no matter how much time you have to spare each week.

If not you can cancel your recurring payment by going to My Account and clicking on Cancel My Membership.  

We can only refund payments that are within the first 14 days of your first ever payment as per our refund policy:
