The Sun Vegas has adopted a fairly traditional design, but it must be said that it’s not the most creative in the world, with a bit of an unimaginative black, white and red colour scheme.
You’ll find a standard menu bar at the top of the page, followed by a large promotional banner, and then a range of highlighted game categories. On the right hand side of the page are a pair of floating buttons, the first a link to the Safer Gambling portal and the second a search tool. This works well, though doesn’t allow you to filter or to search by provider.
We’d have liked to see an info button on game thumbnails allowing customers to view details about a game before launching it, such as paylines, minimum stake, volatility and RTP, and it’s a shame that this isn’t available. However, it’s quick to load a game, and the help/info section within each game will provide these details.

The help centre at The Sun Vegas isn’t bad at all, and is laid out in a very sensible manner. The information contained within it could be more comprehensive, though, so it’s quite possible that you might need to make contact with customer service.
This could be made somewhat easier, it must be said. It isn’t difficult to locate the contact form, which can be found by using the ‘submit a request’ button in the top right hand corner of the help centre.
However, while live chat is listed as a contact option in the complaints section, we weren’t able to locate it on the main site or help centre. There isn’t a standard support phone number listed either, although you can contact their complaints number on 20 8016 2332.
Mobile Experience
The Sun Vegas’ app is available for iPhone and Android, and will be a good alternative to the desktop website for those who prefer to play on their phones.
The design is a little on the bland side, but everything is easy to navigate and works well.
