Smooth Spins Casino Overall Rating: 4.6/5⭐
Verdict: An excellent casino with tons going for it, especially in terms of its promotions, its game selection and its safety and security. It could be a little easier to navigate, though, with more information about games, and a wider range of payment options would be good.
Smooth Spins Casino Bonuses & Promotions
We’re highly impressed by the promotions Smooth Spins have on offer. The welcome offer is one of the better ones available, and existing customers have plenty to entertain them with a wide variety of reload offers available.

Smooth Spins' Casino Welcome Offer
Smooth Spins’ main welcome offer is a great one, with 200 free spins (value £0.05 each) up for grabs when you deposit and play £10.
There are no wagering requirements on your winnings, and although there is a cap on those winnings, this is set to £10,000, so it’s pretty unlikely that you’ll run into it!
Both your initial wagering and your free spins must be played on Bee Keeper, and the expected value of this offer is £8.91.
Smooth Spins' Casino Reload Offers
One thing we doubt anyone will be complaining about with Smooth Spins is their reload offers! When you view the ‘Offers’ page the choices seem to go on forever.
At the time of writing, you could find the following there:
-
Catch of the Day - a free game available to players who have deposited at least £10 within the past 7 days. Flip over symbols to win free spins or cash prizes.
-
Boards/wheels - several different boards and wheels, some free, some of which require you to have played through a certain amount of cash the day before. Prizes include free spins, tickets, bonuses, cash and offers.
-
Leaderboards, tournaments and random drops.

Smooth Spins Casino User Experience
Design & Navigation

We’re quite keen on the design choices Smooth Spins have made. Their deep purple theme colour is striking, but by pairing it with a pale grey background they’ve avoided the pitfall of making their homepage overwhelming.
As you scroll down the page, there’s a pleasing animation for each game thumbnail as it loads, showing it spinning into existence - though if you scroll too far, we did find that the page started to lag a bit.
It would be useful to have some more categories in the menu bar, but you can find a few of the most in-demand categories on the slots homepage (exclusive, new, megaways, top slots, daily jackpots, video bingo, instant games, drops & wins, and all slots). The search tool could also be more helpful, by including filters or the ability to search by provider, but if you have a specific game title in mind you’ll be able to find it.
Some games have a little info button by the title, but not all, which is somewhat unusual. For those that do, the information available is exceptionally detailed, including RTP, volatility, paylines and minimum stakes - the only problem will be the chore of reading through it all to find the information you’re after.
Customer Support
The help centre is excellent, with a good design and clearly laid out categories housing comprehensive information.
If you do still need to get in touch, you can either message via live chat or send an email. It’s a minor negative point that there’s no phone number, but that’s hardly unusual these days.

Mobile Experience
Smooth Spins’ app is available for iPhone and Android, and it essentially mirrors the website but optimised for a smaller screen.
It’s easy to navigate and works well, with games running pretty much as efficiently as they do on the desktop site.
Those who prefer to play on their phones should be very happy with the mobile offering from Smooth Spins.
Games aren’t quite as swift to load as on the desktop website, but they won’t keep you hanging around for long and, once loaded, gameplay is smooth and lag-free.
Smooth Spins Casino Game Selection & Quality
With well over 3000 slots games available to play, we don’t imagine anyone is going to be complaining about the selection available to them.
Among this vast range can be found all your familiar favourites, including the Big Bass, Fishin’ Frenzy, Starburst, Age of the Gods and Eye of Horus series.
Gameplay itself is as smooth as you’d expect from a modern online casino, with striking graphics and slick animation, and no sign of any glitches or lag.

Smooth Spins doesn’t have a particularly wide variety of payment methods available, but there won’t be many customers who have complaints about this.
It’s great to see low minimum deposits and withdrawals, and that there are no withdrawal fees. Withdrawals times can be a little slow, though customers using a visa debit card may be eligible for a FastFunds withdrawal, which speeds things up considerably.
Smooth Spins Safety & Fairness
Smooth Spins is operated by BV Gaming Limited (i.e. Bet Victor), which is licensed and regulated by the British Gambling Commission, meaning you can be confident that it’s operating legitimately in the UK.
There’s some detail regarding Game Fairness in Smooth Spins’ Help Centre, which is good to see. They confirm that all games, except for live casino games, use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine their outcomes, and that this is independently audited every 3 months to ensure the games are fair. Live casino games, meanwhile, take place in controlled environments which are regularly audited to ensure they meet regulator standards.
Smooth Spins have gone the extra mile with funds protection, which meets the Gambling Commission’s definition for ‘high protection’. This means that your funds are held completely separately from the company’s business funds, and your money will be safe, even in the event of Smooth Spins going bust.
We were impressed by the Safer Gambling portal too, which is well designed to be attractive and engaging.

Conclusion
We were very pleasantly surprised by what Smooth Spins have to offer - but perhaps we shouldn’t have been. Bet Victor is a well-respected bookie with a long history, after all, so it makes sense that other operators in its group would perform well.
Casual players and casino matched bettors alike will be very pleased by both the welcome offer and reload promotions, and there’s no shortage of games to keep you entertained.
