NY Spins Casino Overall Rating: 2.4/5⭐
Verdict: Although its game selection is good, we weren’t hugely impressed by many other aspects of this casino. Its bonuses are far less valuable than they first appear, and NY Spins is overall pretty disappointing when it comes to customer experience.
NY Spins Casino's Bonuses & Promotions
NY Spins’ promotions are a bit different to many other casinos, and at first glance look quite appealing. Be wary, however, as the terms of the offers strip away most, if not all, of the potential value to be had for casino matched bettors.

NY Spins Casino's Welcome Offer
The promotional banner at the top of the homepage makes the welcome offer here look great: deposit £25 to receive a total of 140 free spins over 7 days.
However, there are some important terms to be aware of that undermine the value of the offer. These are as follows:
- Wagering of 10x is required on any winnings from your free spins.
- A £100 cap is placed on your winnings each day.
- You can’t withdraw your cash funds without sacrificing your bonus funds.
- Cash funds are used before bonus funds, so you won’t be able to complete your wagering without losing your deposit.
These terms eliminate any positive value the offer might otherwise have held, and we therefore don’t recommend this offer to casino matched bettors - though there’s nothing to stop recreational players completing the offer for fun.
NY Spins Casino's Reload Offers
Like its sister sites, Voodoo Dreams and Duelz Casino, NY Spins’ reload offers come in the form of a points-based rewards system, which allows you to earn points as you play.
Points are credited to you upon winning spins and when you finish a game session, and can be used to purchase rewards from the ‘marketplace’, including free spins and cash.
A lot of play will be required to earn enough points for a reward, however, which means that NY Spins’ reloads won’t be worth the time of matched bettors.

NY Spins Casino User Experience
Design & Navigation

One thing NY Spins does have going for it is a slightly different sort of design from what we often find at online casinos. On the left hand side you’ll find all the options that more typically are located at the top of the page in a menu bar, as well as a link to the ‘marketplace’ where you can view and redeem rewards for any points you’ve accumulated.
On the main page itself, you can navigate directly to slots, live casino, play for prizes, or table games & arcade, or stay on the homepage to browse a range of popular categories. Alternatively, use the search bar to track down a specific game.
A couple of handy features are missing, however: a filter option for the search tool, and an info button on game thumbnails. This means that you’ll have to launch a game to view details such as RTP, paylines, features and minimum stake, making it more difficult to make informed decisions as a player.
Customer Support
We were surprised to discover that NY Spins doesn’t have a help centre, or even a set of FAQs. It is possible to view information about payment and bonus terms from links at the very bottom of the casino homepage, but if you have questions about anything else you’ll need to make contact.
Which isn’t especially easy. When you click the ‘help’ option in the left hand sidebar a box with ‘live chat’ pops up, however it isn’t clickable, and there isn’t any sign of the live chat option anywhere else on the site. You can, however, email support-uk@nyspins.com for assistance.

Mobile Experience
NY Spins doesn’t currently offer an app for either iPhone or Android, so those who prefer to play on their phones will have to settle for the mobile browser version of the website.
This isn’t too terrible a hardship, however, as the mobile site is responsive and easy to navigate.
NY Spins Casino Game Selection & Quality

One thing we can’t criticise about NY Spins is its selection of games, which stands well over 2000.
No matter your preference, we’re sure you’ll find games to suit your taste, whether you like familiar favourites such as the Big Bass or Gold Blitz series, or whether you prefer more niche games and recent releases.
All the games we tested loaded rapidly, with no sign of any lag or glitches, and the graphics and gameplay are as slick as you’d expect from a modern casino.

NY Spins offers a wide range of payment methods, but imposes high minimums on both deposits and withdrawals for most methods. On the bright side, the withdrawal timeframe itself is instant, which goes a long way towards making up for the high minimums.
A more significant downside, however, is the fact that the small print includes a potential withdrawal fee if you withdraw without having turned over at least your deposit amount. This fee can be 5% of the requested withdrawal amount, or £5, whichever is larger.
For example, if you deposited £20 (the minimum by card), played through £5 and were lucky enough to win £50, you wouldn’t be able to withdraw your winnings without either playing through (and potentially losing) the remaining £15 of your original deposit, or paying a £5 withdrawal fee, assuming the casino did indeed decide to impose it.
NY Spins Safety & Fairness
NY Spins is licensed and regulated by the British Gambling Commission, so you can be confident that it’s operating legitimately within the UK.
We couldn’t find a fairness policy within its terms and conditions, or any reference to how the RNG that determines the outcomes of their games is audited. Hopefully they do perform audits to ensure fairness, but it would be nice to have confirmation of this.
NY Spins offer no protection of customer funds, which is also rather unfortunate, and means that there is a risk that your money would be unsafe in the event of the company going bust. This isn’t particularly likely, of course, but it may impact the amount of money you’re comfortable holding in your account with them.
We weren’t particularly surprised by this point to find that the Responsible Gambling section is extremely basic, with the information displayed in the same format as the terms and conditions.

Conclusion
As you might have gathered, we weren’t especially impressed by NY Spins. While it does have a great selection of games on offer, there isn’t much else going for it, even for recreational players who are less concerned about the available value of offers.
And if you’re completing casino offers as part of a Matched Betting strategy, you’ll want to give this casino a miss. But don’t worry, there are plenty of others out there which have far more to offer, with positive expected value and the potential for real profits.
