GRP Casino Overall Rating: 3.2/5⭐

Verdict: An average-at-best casino with little to encourage players to choose it over its competitors. Still, it has a reasonable range of games and a welcome offer that’s better than nothing, so casino matched bettors may well be interested in signing up.

GRP Casino Bonuses & Promotions

GRP Casino doesn’t go out of its way to attract new customers or to retain its existing ones, with a mediocre welcome offer and pretty much non-existent reload offers.

GRP Casino welcome offer: get up to 200 free spins on Big Bass Splash

GRP Casino's Welcome Offer

GRP Casino’s welcome offer sounds pretty good at first, with up to 200 free spins on Big Bass Splash up for grabs. However, you have to wager £20 per day for five days to receive the full number of free spins, making for a total of £100 of wagering.

The offer does still hold positive expected value, and is worth doing if you’re completing casino offers as part of a Matched Betting strategy, but there are plenty of casinos out there with far more generous welcome promotions on offer.

There’s also a cap of £250 set on your winnings from your free spins, placing a hard limit on the potential value available to you from this offer.

GRP Casino's Reload Offers

After the welcome offer, existing customers will be disappointed to find very little in the way of reload offers available.

Players who have made at least one deposit gain access to a free daily wheel, which gives them the opportunity to win free spins or cash.

Other than this, at the time of writing only a generic Drops & Wins promotion was listed, which gives you the chance to win rewards as part of their weekly slots tournaments.

In short, you’d be better off with almost any other online casino out there when it comes to reload offers.

Design & Navigation

GRP Casino homepage

GRP Casino has a fairly basic website, and it does feel like minimal effort went into its design. A left hand sidebar allows you to navigate between different sections of the casino and to view My Bets, Safer Gambling, Promotions or the Help Centre.

The main page, meanwhile, has a promotions banner (with minimal promotions shown, it must be said), followed by a range of featured games sections.

In terms of design, it’s pretty simple, and the upside of this is that the overall impression isn’t nearly as harsh on the eyes as some casinos can be, especially with a restful dark brown background.

It isn’t possible to view any information about a game before launching it, which makes it very difficult to assess the value you can expect from the games on offer before you choose one.

Customer Support

GRP Casino’s Help Centre is reasonably well laid out, but the information provided isn’t exactly comprehensive, so you may well need to make contact with them to find an answer to your query.

You can do so either via live chat or via email on help@grpcasino.com. There isn’t a phone number available, but that’s pretty common for online businesses nowadays.

Mobile Experience

GRP Casino doesn’t have an app, so you’ll be stuck with the mobile version of the website if you prefer to play on your phone.

This won’t be any great hardship, though, as the mobile website is, if anything, actually more user-friendly than the desktop one.

GRP Casino Game Selection & Quality

GRP Casino gameplay: Lil' Greedy

GRP Casino’s selection of games isn’t the biggest, but you’ll find most familiar favourites, including the Big Bass, Starburst and Age of the Gods series. Others are notable by their absence, however, such as Fishin’ Frenzy and King Kong Cash.

You’ll find most of the most popular providers in residence, including Pragmatic, Inspired, EyeCon and NetEnt, as well as a few less well-known developers.

In terms of quality, this was a bit on the variable side. When we attempted to load Big Bass Splash, we received an error message, and the same thing occurred when we tried out any other game from Pragmatic Play. Other casinos had no issues loading the same games, so it’s clear that the problem was with GRP.

We also spotted the odd game that just seemed very low effort - such as Fluffy Favourites, which features an extremely basic, hand-drawn aesthetic which doesn’t come across as very professional.

GRP Casino doesn’t offer a wide range of payment methods, but they do at least offer some variety, with sensible minimum deposits and withdrawals.

There are no withdrawal fees, which is as it should be, and withdrawal times are fair, if not what you could call swift.

GRP Casino Safety & Fairness

GRP Casino is operated by Kwiff, who are licensed and regulated by the British Gambling Commission - so although the site may have something of an amateur feel to it, you can still be confident that its operation is legitimate.

Their terms and conditions confirm that all games are run by Random Number Generators, ensuring that the outcomes are fair.

GRP Casino’s funds protection meets the Gambling Commission’s definition of ‘medium protection’. This means that player funds are held separately to company funds, and should be protected in the event of the company going bust - but this isn’t strictly guaranteed.

The Safer Gambling section is, unfortunately, pretty disappointing, taking the form of a basic sidebar with the legally required information in it, with no attempt to make it look interesting or engaging.

Conclusion

GRP Casino is in many respects a bit of a bare minimum sort of casino, and we’re not completely sure who it’s designed to attract.

Recreational players will have more choice and a better experience with other online casinos and, while casino matched bettors might be willing to sign up for the sake of the welcome offer, they’ll find much better welcome offers elsewhere.
