BoyleSports Casino Overall Rating: 4.2/5⭐
Verdict: A good casino, but its excellent user experience and game selection are rather overshadowed by its poor welcome offer, which will put off matched bettors. Recreational casino lovers will be pleased by its reload offers, though, which do reward loyal play.
BoyleSports Casino Bonuses & Promotions
We’re sorry to report that BoyleSports isn’t the casino to sign up to if you’re looking for a generous welcome offer. If you’re completing casino offers as part of a Matched Betting strategy, BoyleSports is barely worth the effort of signing up.
Things do improve a little for existing customers, but the value to be had from a BoyleSports account isn’t particularly high.

BoyleSports Casino's Welcome Offer
Unfortunately, BoyleSports’ welcome offer is extremely disappointing. Its promise of ‘up to 100’ free spins if you stake ‘£20 or more’ makes it sound decent, if not fantastic, but the actual terms of the offer are as follows:
- Stake between £20 and £49.99 to receive 20 free spins
- Stake between £50 and £99.99 to receive 50 free spins
- Stake over £100 to receive 100 free spins
While this promotion does just about work out at positive expected value, it’s a very meagre offering compared to other bookies, where you’re often rewarded with 100 free spins just for staking £10.
If you do decide to complete the sign up offer, you’ll be able to use your free spins on one of the following games:
- Big Bass Bonanza
- Book of the Fallen
- Snakes and Ladders Megadice
BoyleSports Casino's Reload Offers
Somewhat surprisingly, BoyleSports does have regular reload offers on casino for existing customers. We often see mini-games, especially at the weekend, that allow you to win a reward (typically five free spins).
There’s also a free weekly Big Quiz, which offers players the chance to win a share of $5000 in golden chips by answering trivia questions correctly.
At the time of writing, they also offered a daily derby, with a guaranteed prize for players who qualify for the prize draw by depositing and staking at least £10.

BoyleSports Casino User Experience
Design & Navigation

BoyleSports Games follows a pretty traditional template for its website design, with a menu bar above a promotional banner, followed by a range of highlighted categories of game. Its design doesn’t look particularly modern, it must be said, but it’s perfectly functional and no harder on the eyes than most other casinos.
You can select from the options in the menu bar, browse the homepage, or use the search tool to locate a specific game. You should be aware, though, that it isn’t possible to search by provider, only by game title, which makes the search tool somewhat less helpful than with other casinos.
Every game thumbnail has an info button which, when clicked, brings up a detailed info page, including RTP, game features and, in some cases, even a FAQ section. We always approve of casinos that give their customers the opportunity to inform themselves about the games they play, so this is great to see.
When you launch a game it opens a new window, which makes it easier to still navigate the main site in the background if you’d like. The games we tested were quick to load and showed no sign of lag.
Customer Support
Access the Help Centre from the top right hand corner or the page footer to view BoyleSports’ FAQs or to make contact. The Gaming section of the FAQs isn’t arranged very helpfully but is pretty comprehensive - and if you can’t find the answers you need, you can always get in touch.
Live chat is available 24/7, which is always good, but you can use the contact form to send an email if you prefer (replies typically within 12 hours), or call on 0800 220 066 to speak to a member of their team 24/7.
All in all, the customer support on offer from BoyleSports is exceptionally good.

Mobile Experience
BoyleSports doesn’t offer a dedicated casino app, but its standard app (available for iPhone and Android) does have a gaming section.
The layout is pretty much identical to the website, simply optimised for a phone screen, so it’s quick and easy to navigate.
Loading times for games on the app aren’t quite as swift as on the site, but still very efficient, so we don’t imagine mobile gamers will find the app a frustrating experience in that respect.
BoyleSports Casino Game Selection & Quality

BoyleSports is, as you’d expect from the name, more of a sportsbook than a casino, but they haven’t skimped on their games.
The most popular games are all present, including the Big Bass, Fishin’ Frenzy Starburst and Age of the Gods series.
As well as standard slots, you’ll find jackpots, megaways, live casino, slingo and instant win, so no matter your gaming preferences, you’ll find something to suit you.
And the games themselves are as slick and modern as you could wish, with crisp graphics and smooth gameplay - you’re highly unlikely to find yourself staring at fuzzy shapes and feeling as though you might as well be playing in 2002.

BoyleSports offers a good range of payment options, though it is a shame that minimum withdrawals are higher than minimum deposits.
On the bright side, though, there aren’t any withdrawal fees and your funds will typically be with you reasonably quickly, especially if you use PayPal, Skrill or Neteller.
BoyleSports Safety & Fairness
Although originally an Irish company, BoyleSports is licensed and regulated by the British Gambling Commission for customers in Great Britain, so you can be confident that it’s operating legitimately.
To ensure its casino games are fair, all games use a true random number generator (RNG), which is constantly tested to ensure it’s operating correctly. BoyleSports states that they take over 20 million sample hands of their games each year to make certain that every spin is completely random.
BoyleSports offers ‘medium’ funds protection (as defined by the Gambling Commission), which is pretty standard in the industry. This means that your funds are somewhat protected, and are likely to be safe even if the company goes bust - although this isn’t actually guaranteed.
On the downside, the Safer Gambling section is really quite minimal, and very boring to look at. It does include all the information it should, but it doesn’t make any effort to encourage customers to read or engage with it.

Conclusion
BoyleSports does have a fair few pluses, including its range of games and its customer support, and it’s nice to see some reasonable reload offers for existing customers. Casual gamers will probably be very happy with what BoyleSports’ casino has to offer.
That said, its welcome offer is a very disappointing one, which may be a dealbreaker for matched bettors especially, who are unlikely to bother signing up with so little expected value to tempt them.
