Verdict: A pretty poor casino, with little to offer most customers, especially in terms of its exceptionally stingy welcome offer. The best that can be said is that it does at least offer live chat 24/7 to any rare customers it manages to attract.

Bingo Storm isn’t exactly working very hard to attract customers, with a miserly welcome offer, and reload offers hidden until you actually hold an account with them.
Bingo Storm Casino Welcome Offer
Bingo Storm’s welcome offer is really quite pathetic - deposit and spend £10 to receive 10 free spins.
Your free spins are worth 25p each, which makes the offer sound a little better, until you spot that a £1 cap is placed on your winnings, making the offer almost worthless.
We certainly wouldn’t recommend it if you’re using casino offers to make money as part of a Matched Betting strategy, and although recreational bettors may appreciate a few free spins, we doubt that many will be enticed with such a rock bottom winnings cap.
Bingo Storm Casino Reload Offers
Unfortunately we had some trouble creating an account with Bingo Storm, which means that we weren’t able to view their full range of reload offers. However, they do have a bonus wheel, and they state that they have regular offers including free spins, bonus codes and free bingo tickets.
However, on the strength of their welcome offer, we’d be somewhat surprised if Bingo Storm’s reload offers held very much value, so if you were put off by the welcome offer, it’s unlikely to be worthwhile signing up in the hope of receiving more valuable reload offers.

Design & Navigation
In most respects, Bingo Storm comes across as a rather basic casino, which hasn’t put a great deal of effort into any aspect of its service. The homepage looks somewhat amateurish and, although we’re more interested in the casino side of the site, it’s a little odd that a site named ‘Bingo Storm’ doesn’t feature any Bingo on its main page.
We tried to sign up to Bingo Storm but ran into a rather obstructive sign up mechanism, which meant that several areas of the site were inaccessible to us when writing this review.
The parts we can see, though, aren’t very impressive. There isn’t any menu bar available to allow you to navigate between different types of slot game, and only ‘popular slots’ and ‘jackpot slots’ are listed as browsable categories on the homepage.
Inevitably, the game thumbnails don’t include an info button, so you have to launch a game in order to access details like RTP, minimum stake, volatility and features.
Customer Support
Unusually, Bingo Storm doesn’t have a Help Centre or set of FAQs, which means that you’re a bit stuck if you want to find the answer to a question for yourself.
However, live chat is available 24/7 from inside the games lobby - and if you haven’t been able to register for an account, you can also access it from the registration process or the contact us section.
Alternatively, you can email support@bingostorm.com, but you’ll have to wait 3 working days for a response at a minimum, or up to 5 - 7 working days during busy periods.
Mobile Experience
Bingo Storm doesn’t have an app, either for iPhone or for Android, so those who prefer to play on their phones will have to use the mobile website.
This is essentially identical to the standard website, but slightly reformatted for mobile. It seems to work just as well as the normal website, so you aren’t likely to have a worse time on your phone than you would on a desktop.

Despite Bingo Storm’s name, it appears that it’s only possible to access Bingo through their invite-only Jackpot Bingo, which requires you to join the Bingo Storm Ace Club Loyalty Scheme.
Otherwise, you have only slots, with no table games or live casino available. A fair few of the most popular slots are displayed, including Big Bass Bonanza, Eye of Horus and Gold Blitz, but it isn’t possible to view the full range of games without logging in. We certainly hope it’s wider than is shown on the homepage, as only 35 games in total are listed in the Games section for logged out users.
Thanks to our being shut out by Bingo Storm’s registration process, we weren’t able to test the games themselves. The quality of the biggest games is likely to be as good as you’d find anywhere else, though, so we would expect you to have few issues with gameplay.

In general, Bingo Storm doesn’t have a large range of payment methods available, but the minimum deposits and withdrawals are perfectly reasonable, and there are no withdrawal fees.
On the downside, the withdrawal times are rather longer than we’d like, leaving you waiting for several days to receive your money.
Bingo Storm Safety & Fairness
Bingo Storm is an Irish company, but is licensed and regulated by the British Gambling Commission in the UK.
In terms of fairness, it confirms that the outcomes of its games are determined by a Random Number Generator, but its terms don’t actually specify that the RNG is independently audited to ensure fairness.
Bingo Storm’s funds protection meets the Gambling Commission’s definition of ‘medium protection’. This means that customer funds are held separately to company funds, and should therefore be safe in the event of the company going bust - however, this isn’t strictly guaranteed.
The Safer Gambling section is actually rather better than we’d expected, with at least a little effort having gone into its design.
Conclusion
We really weren’t very impressed by Bingo Storm. It seems overall to be a very low effort casino, and its heavily restrictive terms on its welcome offer mean that it has very little to offer new customers, or existing ones.
If you’re making money from casino offers as part of a Matched Betting strategy, we’d strongly recommend looking at one of the many other, better casinos, which have far better value promotions available to both new and existing customers.
