Bingo Plus Casino Overall Rating: 3.4/5⭐

Verdict: It’s nice to come across a casino that’s unique. These guys are independent so we didn’t expect too much.

Whist the banking and offers aren’t the best, we found the range of games and design and navigation to be pretty slick.

Bingo Plus Casino Regular Promotions

There’s a few reload offers available but each of them requires spending money. These offers are more suited to normal punters than matched bettors.

Spinoleague - This is a tournament that rewards players with win points that are then added to a leaderboard with prizes on offer for the better players.

PlusCoins - A reward scheme that gives PlusCoins to players who play on slot games and bingo games. The PlusCoins are added to your bank and can be exchanged for bonuses including free spins and bingo.

Drops & Wins - This isn’t specific to Bingo Plus and is operated by Pragmatic Play. Multiple casinos in the UK run this promotion. Players take part in selected slots games to try and win jackpots.

Design & Navigation

screen shot of the bingo plus casino slots home screen

You definitely won’t be overwhelmed by options when you enter the Bingo Plus Casino. Some might think it looks a little basic but we think it actually makes the navigation much easier than some of their competitors.

At a high level, the menu options are Live Bingo and Slots. However, there’s also a couple of bingo options that are hidden away in the drop-down option to the side of the home page. It’s unclear why they haven’t just added those to the main navigation options.

So, let’s have a look at the slots section and see how easy it is to navigate. With an impressive slots library of over 800 games, some sort of structure is inevitable.

On the slots home page, there’s eight sub-categories to choose from. These include Megaways, Slingo, Fishing, 1p Penny Slots etc. As you access any of the categories, there’s 14 bright game tiles displayed with a button to scroll to the next set of games.

If you know what game you want to play, you can use the search function to get directly to it. Alternatively, if you have a preference for a particular games provider, there’s another drop down list you can use.

As we entered the live bingo section, the live host immediately greeted us personally by name so be prepared for that. The live bingo set up is very clear and easy to follow with multiple display options that confirm the numbers and colours that are being called.

If you enjoy a game of bingo but aren’t keen on being live, Bingo Plus has 10 bingo rooms to choose from.

Bingo Plus Customer Support

There’s a Help Centre that customers can access to try and resolve their own queries. However, it’s a little on the basic side with two main help categories; Deposits and Withdrawals and Your Account.

There’s also a FAQ section but again, this is a little thin on the ground when it comes to info.

Your other options to get help are via email at support@leisure-electronics.zendesk.com or to chat via live chat.

Bingo Plus Mobile Experience

The Bingo Plus Casino App and a mobile experience pretty much replicate the desktop experience. There’s a few things that are slightly different in terms of the navigation but it’s no problem.

Bingo Plus has optimised their service perfectly for use on mobile devices. We tested a few games and they were very responsive.

Bingo Plus Casino Game Selection & Quality

Types of Games Available

Whilst their brand suggests bingo is the main focus at Bingo Plus, they would be foolish to ignore the popularity of slot games.

With over 800 slot games, there’s bound to be something to suit all players whether casual or more experienced. There’s almost 40 variations of Megaways games including Fishin’ Frenzy, Eye of Horus and Big Bass. If Slingo is more up your street, you’re in for a treat with almost 60 different game types.

If you join Bingo Plus because you enjoy playing…………..well, bingo, then you’ll be a happy bunny. There’s five types of live bingo games that are hosted by real presenters.

There’s also 10 bingo rooms to choose from where you can pick from 30, 50, 75, 80 and 90 ball games. Each game has a theme and provides details of the prize pot available.

Game Providers

Bingo Plus is owned by Leisure Electronics Ltd who are an independent casino. As such, their website is proprietary which means the majority of the games are their own.

Therefore, they don’t use many external software providers. It would be silly not to have some of the more popular games though so they have utilised the expertise of a handful of the best software providers. Those include Blueprint, Pragmatic, Inspired and Eyecon.

Bingo Plus Casino Conclusion

Bingo Plus is a different option compared to other casino options thanks to the proprietary software.

Even though they provide most of their own games, they still have a very impressive range of games. This is in addition to a great set of bingo and love bingo games.

The payment options and promotions are a little disappointing but that should stop you from signing up at Bingo Plus. The fun doesn’t have to stop with Bingo Plus though as there’s plenty of great casino offers out there for matched bettors to take advantage of.
