Things are a bit mixed at 32Red when it comes to promotions. The welcome offer is really very good, and well worth doing for casino matched bettors. Existing customers have less to celebrate, however, with little in the way of reload offers to provide ongoing value.

32Red has opted for a striking design, in red (inevitably) and dark grey. The casino homepage is a little on the cluttered side, with game thumbnails crammed in together, but it’s no harder on the eyes than most other casinos.

Hovering over a game thumbnail will cause it to display information about the game, including volatility, and paylines (but not RTP). There’s also a ‘demo play’ option, which we really like, allowing players to try out games for free without having to commit their own funds.
Games load swiftly, which is great to see, and there’s no sign of any lag or glitches.
Customer Support
The help centre is a good one, but quite tricky to locate - you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click the link on the far right at the bottom of the footer bar. It’s well-organised, with plenty of information.
If you need to make contact nonetheless, live chat is available 24/7. There doesn’t appear to be any other contact method available, however, with no email address or phone number listed.
Mobile Experience
Unusually, the 32Red app is only available for iPhone, so Android users will have to stick to the mobile site. This isn’t a terrible hardship, though, as the mobile site works well and is easy to use.
If you’re an Apple user, it is worth downloading the app for a more streamlined experience. It works just as efficiently as the website, so if you prefer to play on your phone you’ll be very happy with what’s available.
